Sr UI Designer (Web3/DeFi)

We’re looking for a Senior level UI Designer with interest and experience in Web3/Blockchain/Crypto who can take on Figma wireframes and turn them into gorgeous top-tier Figma prototypes that are fully stylized and branded dApps and Websites. Someone that can work independently with little direction, and has great design aesthetics and attention to detail. This could be a mid to long term engagement, depending on the synergy level.

REQUIREMENTS:

A master in Figma, graphics, aesthetic design, and skinning digital products.

Obsessive Attention do Detail and a flare for what makes good design.

A portfolio to reflect the skills is an absolute must!

Demonstrated passion and experience UI, UX, Product Design for Websites and Apps, dApps.

An understanding/practical knowledge of UX is a big plus.

Knowledge of crypto as an industry, with the ability to discuss common user flows such as asset staking, swapping, etc.

Experience working in multidiscipline environments with UX, BA, and Dev Teams.

Flexibility and a willingness to go the extra mile.

English proficiency at C1 level or higher is a must!

Located in EMEA or Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take Figma Wireframes and turn them into a Prototype that resembles the final product before we write a line of code.

Help to improve the products user experience, working in agile and collaborative mode with UX, BA and Developers.

Develop concepts, wireframes and prototypes around customer needs and evaluate their success

Consulting to propose potential solutions to design and process problems

Maintaining and documenting product design catalog

Post go-live Continuous Improvement of product design.
