About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- You will advise our stakeholders and hiring managers, as a Subject Matter Expert for Singapore and SEA talent market
- Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent and pipeline development
- A well-rounded Talent Acquisition Business Partner with strong direct sourcing and headhunting ability; demonstrates a sense of ownership of a requisition from start to finish
- Own the overall candidate experience and make it a core element of your recruitment work
- Champion Employer Brand internally and externally
- Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, able to thrive in a multicultural workplace
What We Look For In You:
- 5+years of inhouse technical recruiting experience
- Ability to consult, negotiate and engage with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to confidently work in a matrixed structure on projects across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring and company goals
- Ability to initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects in the face of multiple demands
- Ability to analyse key hiring metrics and provide actionable solutions to improve candidate and hiring manager experience
Nice to Haves:
- Business level in English and Mandarin
- Passion and belief in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
