Job Title: Tax Analyst
Employment Type: Full-Time, Regular Hire

Work Location: Fully Remote (within the U.S.)
Expected Starting Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year depending on qualifications
About this Opportunity:
The Tax Analyst position (what we call a Sales Tax Analyst) is responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with sales tax regulations and requirements for the venture-backed startup companies we support. This role’s primary responsibilities involve analyzing sales transactions, researching tax laws, and providing guidance to internal teams regarding sales tax matters. This is a newly created position joining an existing team of two and will assist with the 100+ sales tax returns we process per month and join the 5+ sales tax meetings we have per week with our 700+ clients. This may or may not seem high-volume depending on your previous experience, but we don’t use sales tax software which means it’s a bit more time consuming and isn’t your typical sales tax role. Kruze Consulting has a proven track record of developing their employees to their highest potential. If you are looking to learn and grow as a tax professional, this role might be a terrific opportunity to do that in an entrepreneurial, fully remote accounting firm.
Kruze Consulting is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
Kruze Consulting believes in diversity of thought as a competitive advantage to bring people together to build a culturally inclusive team. If you are smart, and good at what you do, come as you are. Diverse candidates (however you choose or choose not to identify) are encouraged to apply.
