Technical Lead - Full Stack and Blockchain

We are searching for an innovative technical lead who has experience in Full Stack and Blockchain to join our company. People who are accountable, trustworthy, and able to build lasting relationships with their team are welcome to join us.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
2. Helping their team members with the technical aspects of their jobs- coding.
3. Explain new projects to their team and troubleshoot any problems that occur.
4. Capable of grasping functional domain knowledge and application code in a short period of time
5. Delivering tasks assigned on time with emphasis on high level of quality following internal processes and guidelines

Qualifications:
1.** Experience in leading a team of developers.**

1. You have some experience as a full stack web/mobile developer, working across the stack from the database to the UI.
2. You have a deep understanding of the following technologies: Javascript, Node, React, GraphQL, SQL, Mongo, React, Angular. You can also prepare excellent UIs if needed and prepare fast-performing highly scalable solutions.
3. You have working knowledge of the following: GitHub, CircleCi, Confluence, Jira, ElasticSearch, D3. You also understand devops, CI/CD, kubernetes, devops and serverless programming.
4. Knowledge of Enterprise Blockchains(like Ethereum, Hyperldger, Corda), Cryptocurrency.
5. You can break down tricky topics in writing and in person. You document every product like a pro.
6. You get a lot done quickly, and can translate your skills into new processes that your team will follow. You can work Independently in agile methodology.
