职位描述： 
1、负责公司产品的UI设计工作，具有设计全局观，设计风格国际化； 
2、具有体系化的设计思维和设计语言，极强的自驱力，能主导设计方向，推动体验品质提升； 
3、极强的业务理解能力，能从数据中洞察设计发力点，用设计提升业务转化，助力业务增长；
4、具有很强的上下游沟通能力； 
5、具有制定设计规范的能力，对于设计流行趋势具有敏锐的嗅觉。 

任职要求： 
1、有Crypto交易系统设计经验者优先；
2、熟练掌握Figma；
3、计算机或美术相关专业，具有成功项目落地经验者优先； 
4、热爱设计，具有较高的行业视野与时尚的审美标准； 
5、具备良好合作态度及团队精神，并富有工作激情、创造力和责任感。
