Web3 UI/UX Engineer

We believe that the world’s decisions can be made by markets. To make that a reality, we’re building the world’s first platform for creating and trading decision markets. It’s like Polymarket but for decision markets.

As employee #2, you would have a unique opportunity to have an outsized impact on the direction and success of MetaDAO. If we’re right, this will fundamentally reshape the way civilization operates. You would be a part of that.

MetaDAO is a cryptocurrency project because that’s where the initial market–DAOs–is. But we embrace the customer obsession and long-term orientation of Silicon Valley and will be selecting for long-term focused, high-agency, hard-working, and skilled people.

As a UI/UX engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing MetaDAO’s UI, engaging UX, constructing beautiful data displays and shaping use of decision markets for businesses and DAOs.

Requirements:

• Experienced at crafting high-quality interfaces and iterating based on customer feedback.
• Obsessed with delighting the customer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability.

Nice-to-haves:

• Have built or used crypto products before.
