Unique Opportunity: Assistant Project Manager For 5G / Blockchain Startup

was started by a highly dedicated group of mobile technology and engineering experts, that includes high-level Google X and Apple alums. It aims to change the mobile operator market utilizing decentralized 5G cellular assets and blockchain technology.
We are looking for an efficient assistant project manager to contribute and support the planning and ensure timely execution of all essential project tasks. You should have significant experience working in complex technology projects, that involved multiple teams, partners and suppliers and be able to perform any tasks assigned to you in an efficient and timely manner.

Duties include:

• Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals and execute relevant tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
• Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
• Supporting the coordination and management of projects, from recruitment to web and supplier management.
• Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, manage SaaS tools and systems etc.
• Keeping track of and reporting on project progress (Trello, Asana etc.)
• Maintain oversight of all project activities, identify any issues, and ensure these are resolved promptly.

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in project management is essential.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High proficiency in proejct management tools (Trello, Asana etc.), MS and Googl SaaS tools.

High degree of emotional intelligence and organizational skills is required for this role.
