Most recently, the firm launched six US-domiciled digital asset ETFs including ARKB, one of the largest spot Bitcoin products in the industry. About the Role The Sales Associate, UK offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growing Distribution team at 21Shares and help develop yourself as well as our overall business with a focus on the development of client relationships and brand recognition across the UK. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an outstanding and hungry sales professional with a proven track record in new business development. The ideal candidate has experience working in the ETF industry and a passion for cryptocurrency. Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be expected to build and manage client relationships across multiple client segments in the UK, including, but not limited to, Wealth Management, Asset Management (including Hedge Funds), Private Banking, and Capital Markets.  Developing new business with these entities by targeting senior and relevant business and investment leaders Be a team player and coordinate internally with our global team to deliver 21Shares thought leadership and excellence to the UK Actively explore better ways to serve our local client base Coordinate with different teams to ensure successful product launches and smooth operations after launch

Key Projects

Develop and maintain a strong prospect list for new business Achieve net new targets through the conversion of identified clients into clients Deliver high levels of activity to achieve goals Clearly and effectively deliver 21Shares investment and business proposition to the UK client base Evaluate and recommend improvements to support business growth in the UK Adhere to all relevant FCA requirements and compliance Contribute to the overall success of 21Shares business globally

Qualifications

Degree in Business and/or Finance or a related field 2+ distribution experience within Financial Services in the UK (ETFs or funds space, a plus) Experience with client acquisition, including arranging and leading client engagements Knowledge in cryptocurrencies  Team player with the ability to work with internal teams outside of sales.  Desire to work in a fast-paced and growing team A self-starter who takes initiative who is also keen to learn and develop

This role will be based in London and will be expected to work from our London office in our hybrid model (Monday through Wednesday.)
