Gaming Jobs at Ava Labs

We are looking for a Guild Leader to grow out the Avalanche Gaming community across a variety of Web3 and Web2 games and platforms. This person will be responsible for building a community and network consisting of gamers, gaming influencers, streamers, and private game servers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Act as head guild leader for a variety of games
• Build engaging content strategies that put gamers first
• Lead, manage and grow the gaming community via social platforms
• Establish relationships with fans and influencers with a focus on building a multi gaming guild
• Engage in conversation through owned channels on a daily basis
• Act as an advocate for community members’ activities, suggestions, concerns
• Craft gaming campaigns necessary to trigger specific Avalanche activities
• Initiate, coordinate, and execute impactful events that boost awareness and foster community engagement
• Represent Avalanche at events, forums, and conferences
• Create engaging content across various social media and platforms
• Support community managers with the latest Gaming/Gamefi updates and activities

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in gaming community management
• Deep immersion in the gaming culture, bonus for connections for partnerships and collaborations
• Have experience leading community and growth activities for successful projects
• Knowledgeable about marketing and communication strategies that effectively promote and drive growth
• Knowledge of Web3
• Proficient in English, verbal and written
• Above all must enjoy hanging out with the community and engaging with others

Salary Range: $68,000 to $85,000
