What we’re looking for

We are looking for a diligent, community-oriented Support Representative to assist our Community Support Team in delivering world-class support to our dedicated community.

To be an ideal candidate, you should have a passion for helping people and be actively involved in the crypto and DeFi space. Previous experience working in customer relations or support is preferred, particularly in a technical support capacity.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor support tickets on Zendesk for new requests and follow up on existing ones.
  • Communicate directly with community members looking for support and guide them to the correct information.
  • Provide a patient, welcoming support experience and cultivate strong relationships with the Energi community.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that community members receive up-to-date information.
  • Flag any reported bugs or consistent issues for relevant departments.

Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, tech support, or similar customer relations field
  • Working knowledge of Linux
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Diligent time management
  • Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Fluent English communicator
  • Passionate and up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology
  • Values aligned with the Energi culture and values

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a remote team
  • Experience working for a crypto or blockchain organization
