HoneyBricks is looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to build and own the full lifecycle of a marketing partnership across prospecting, contracting, and executing high performing partner marketing strategies. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
Immediate Responsibilities
- Lead planning, development and execution of our Affiliate and Strategic Partner marketing strategy
- Create marketing material and presentations to be used by the partnership team for pitches to prospective marketing partners
- Effectively pitch the HoneyBricks product and its benefits to prospective partners via live demos and presentations
- Develop strong lead pipeline to drive both near term and long term growth
- Monitor and improve performance and conversion rates across the marketing and product funnel
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services or real estate industry – in business development, partnerships, or a sales role
- Demonstrable experience in building high ROI partnerships in B2C markets
- High proficiency in prospecting high value partners, crafting win-win deals, and nurturing partner relationships
- Strong level understanding of data, analytics, metrics and KPIs of Fintech business
- Excellent presentation skills - the ability to craft and present a concise pitch from scratch for unique partnership opportunities is essential
- Basic knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, real estate, and decentralized finance
- Confidence to actively challenge, contribute and participate in company strategy and direction
- Experience and existing network within personal finance, real estate investment, and alternative investment platforms is a strong plus
- Play a foundational role in the company as we redefine real estate investing
- Ownership and influence of an entire Partnerships function at a high growth, venture backed company
