Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Manage paid campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Media Buying and other relevant channels.
  • Utilize analytics and performance data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize website and landing page performance for increased conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement CRO best practices.
  • Develop and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Monitor and manage spending and adjust strategies to maximize ROIs.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the marketing leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing team to integrate SEO best practices into performance marketing strategies.
  • Ensure alignment between paid and organic search efforts for maximum visibility.
  • Work closely with sales, and other cross-functional teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide support for product launches and promotional campaigns.
