Summary
At Immunefi, we believe great design comes from those who own the entire process—from user research to final execution. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience and interface of our products, ensuring these are intuitive, functional, and efficient.
In this role, you will enhance existing features, design new experiences, and optimize user flows. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers in a highly iterative environment, where new features ship on a fortnightly basis. We are looking for someone who can balance user needs with business objectives, think strategically, and execute at a high level in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.

Role Responsibilities
The PD will be responsible for:
- Driving end-to-end design processes, from user research and ideation to prototyping and final execution.
- User Research & Discovery: Lead research efforts to deeply understand user needs and translate insights into design improvements.
- Product Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for key product features.
- Design Systems: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring designs to life.
- Testing & Validation: Utilize user testing and experimentation to refine designs and ensure usability.
- Owning the usability and accessibility of all designs, ensuring they are intuitive, functional, and meet industry best practices.

Applicant Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design, working across the entire design process.
- Proven experience in leading design projects from concept to execution with measurable results.
- Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or other industry-standard design tools.
- Strong understanding of design systems and how to maintain them.
- Experience conducting user research and leveraging insights to drive design decisions.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes to test and communicate ideas effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
- Strong visual design skills, with an eye for detail and typography.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Abstract Thinking & UX Principles: Strong ability to work with abstract concepts and translate high-level problems into structured, intuitive solutions. Deep understanding of UX principles, including cognitive load, mental models, and behavior-driven design. Proficient in defining the logic and structure behind user experiences, beyond visual aesthetic
