Institutional Salesperson – Blockchain – Remote

A Blockchain organisation is looking for an experienced salesperson to join their exciting team to grow and expand their protocol. The ideal candidate will be breaking ground as the first institutional structured product salesperson in DeFi and will have ownership in a variety of relationships that the organisation will have with the traditional financial world.

Responsibilities

· Main focus will be on driving sales and winning deals to grow the protocol TVL by successfully hitting targets

· Build and maintain high standard relationships with institutional users

· Utilise business development opportunities to explore new clientele with the aim of sourcing new leads

· Analyse the market and create interesting derivative trade ideas

· Provide market analysis and create back-end tools after which the analysis will be posted on the company’s blog and social media

Requirements

· 4+ years of experience in flow derivative sales and/or structured product sales at an investment bank

· Strong relationships with existing family offices, boutique private bank clienteles and high net-worth individuals

· Excellent communication skills with an analytical mindset

· Keen interest or experience and network in crypto markets

· Excited about DeFi and building in it with the aim of outperforming competitors

· Take pride in what you deliver, take responsibility for goals and timelines, and communicate issues/blockers clearly

· Although you might not know much about the Solana ecosystem or structured products, but want to dig deeper and learn more
