LINEAUM supports a range of clients across multiple sectors such as: Entertainment industry, Royalty, High networth individuals, Film and Music stars, Sports Teams and high-ranking execs for Private Jets, Superyachts and Helicopters.

What we are looking for:

The SVP/CRO will be responsible for growing company services/revenue through the successful selling of LINEAUM to UHNWI's, celebrities, sports teams, stars of the film and music industry, and high-ranking c-level execs, as well as building the LINEAUM brand by developing a clearly differentiated brand positioning, implementing integrated sales and strategy plans for all offerings under the firm’s range of services. Creating new service offerings and structuring sales funnels to help expand LINEAUM marketplace.

Our Private Jets division has chartered helicopters, super yachts and private jets for everything from meetings and business acquisitions to catwalk debuts and proposals. Every day offers up new challenges, with internal progression and planned expansion creating vacancies for new talent to join our current sales team.

We are currently expanding and exploring the potential for a SVP/CRO to assist in building the business, this opportunity will offer the chance to work with an exciting and rapidly expanding Uber Jet start-up with global sights.

This individual will be directly responsible for identifying/leveraging their contacts to promote business development across all aspects of the LINEAUM enterprise and global growth strategy; includes developing strategic relationships/partnerships, building and managing sales pipelines, and maximizing revenue globally. Handling escalations and participating directly in complex charter flight situations to negotiate and/or resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction. Conducts regional sales forecasts, growth forecast, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis.

Position Requirments:

Assists in the creation of division strategy and consults with senior management in providing direction to ensure growth and financial success. Ensures a consistent approach of organizational policies and procedures. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of charter development and flight management.

  • Bring your own clients, establishing a portfolio of clients, identifying new clients through cold calling, networking and managing online inquiries
  • Targeting the Entertainment industry, Film & Music stars, High networth individuals, Sports teams, financial industry, etc.
  • Ability to demonstrate an expert understanding of the privete jet and chartering market
  • Building long term beneficial relationships with both clients and supplier
  • Managing executive charter bookings from inquiry to completion
  • Flight watching/overseeing flight departures (this might be unsociable hours)

  • Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals. • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement – possibly more important than the first item on this list. • Driving sales executive performance in a client-oriented solution selling approach, across our enterprise portfolio. • Defining sales strategies and market campaigns identifying market opportunities and maximizing pipeline development and conversion. • Building a platform for identifying new customer contacts, securing and leading sales meeting with new clients and co-coordinating subject matter expert input in support of these meetings. • End to end responsibility for leading opportunities through the deal cycle. • Managing customer requirement - influencing strategy and Solution options, through to defining and enacting a sales closure plan and contract negotiations. • Accountable for certain client relationships; typically working from senior decision maker level to c-level.

What you get:

  • Ability to earn from $250k-$350k+ commissions a year, depending on level of individuals activity/success with our enterprise accounts. (with salary draw down of banked sales)
  • Company Equity. providing a very attractive 3-10% equity stake through the companies vested schedule, with a company current valuation of £6m+ and £8m post.
