Stronghold is looking for an Engineering Manager with payments experience to join our development team. You will be responsible for continuing the core development of our payments systems and platform API. 

Our payments system incorporates traditional payment systems such as ACH and wires in the US, as well as blockchain and distributed ledger technologies such as Ethereum, Ripple, and Stellar. As we continue to serve underserved businesses we are building user facing (both business and end-consumer) UI components that our customers can white-label to speed up deployment.

What You'll Do

• Own Stronghold's payment system and platform APIs - helping our customers process payments
• Work with your team, Product, and Design to build new customer-facing product features and improve upon existing ones
• Empower the Engineering Team to achieve a high level of technical productivity and quality
• Grow, develop, and guide the engineers on the team to help them advance in their careers and achieve their professional goals
• Jump in and contribute to the codebase as needed
• Hire and retain top engineering talentDevelop engineers on the team, helping them advance in their careers
