We have researched opportunities in the areas of Creator Economy, Gaming, Blockchain/Web 3, Virtual Worlds & Experiences, Financial Services, and subsequently funded and launched 2 startups to market in our first year.

*This is a 3 month contract role, with a possibility for extension.

In this role you will:

We are looking for a skilled AI engineer to join our pioneering team. We're building an asset tokenization platform, with AI as a fundamental pillar. Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying a variety of NLP models, including but not limited to summarization, question answering, and asset portfolio construction features.

We greatly value the ability to balance immediate, functional product development with foresight into long-term system design. Your strategic approach will be vital in navigating these early stages of development.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyze large data sets sourced from diverse platforms such as websites, API outputs, prospectus documents, and valuation reports
• Design and implement systems for summarization and question answering, leveraging these data sources
• Design and implement an asset portfolio construction system
• Develop user interfaces to interact with the system
• Facilitate the integration, deployment, monitoring, updating, and scaling of these models within production environments
• Evaluation of these models against desired metrics

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience applying AI in technology solutions
• Hands-on experience with NLP models, frameworks, and libraries such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, Haystack, Langchain and others
• Experience in fine-tuning language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering on GPT models
• Proficiency in Python programming
• Experience in deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow or PyTorch
• Experience in developing user interfaces for AI systems
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL, SQL, vector databases
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with Azure ML or AWS SageMaker is considered a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Comfortable in a startup environment
