About the team
As a member of our HR Global Mobility team, you will play a crucial role in our Global Mobility Service team, primarily focusing on end-to-end visa management processes in the UAE. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records in our HR system, preparing essential documentation, and assisting with local HR operational tasks. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and mobility functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the relocation support, benefit administration and end-to-end visa management process for expatriates in the UAE.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance and updating of employee records and documentation within the HR system.
- Manage, track and monitor progress of all visa related transactions and relocation activities.
- Prepare necessary documents for visa applications and renewals.
- Support local HR operational tasks as needed.
- Support Global Mobility Services operational tasks and projects as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with external vendors, team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Mandarin speaking would be a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to concentrate on administrative tasks.
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
