About the role:

Injective Labs is seeking a talented and ambitious APAC Growth Lead , based in Dubai, to drive the expansion of our platform and ecosystem within the Asia-Pacific region. As the APAC Growth Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention across various markets in the APAC region. You will work closely with the marketing, business development, and product teams to identify opportunities, establish partnerships, and execute campaigns that drive user adoption and growth.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies tailored to the unique characteristics and needs of the APAC market.
    • Drive user acquisition efforts through targeted marketing campaigns, community engagement initiatives, and partnerships with key stakeholders. 
    • Implement strategies to effectively onboard and activate users on the platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
    • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities within the APAC region. 
    • Develop localized marketing campaigns, content, and messaging to resonate with target audiences across different countries and cultures.
    • Cultivate strategic partnerships with exchanges, wallet providers, developers, influencers, and other ecosystem participants to expand the reach and adoption of Injective's platform.
    • Collaborate with partners to co-create value-added services and initiatives that drive user growth and engagement.
    • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to monitor performance, track key metrics, and optimize growth initiatives. 
    • Continuously iterate and improve strategies based on performance feedback and market dynamics.
    • Build and nurture a vibrant and engaged community of users, developers, and enthusiasts within the APAC region. 
    • Foster relationships, facilitate discussions, and provide support to community members to foster loyalty and advocacy.

Who you are:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proven track record of driving user growth and adoption in the APAC region, preferably within the blockchain, fintech, or tech industry.
    • Strong understanding of the APAC market landscape, user behaviors, and cultural nuances.
    • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and partnerships to drive user acquisition and engagement.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
    • Self-starter with a proactive and results-driven attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
