For our Sofia office the Risk Operations team is looking for a dynamic, experienced Risk QA and Process Analyst. You will work alongside other members of the Risk Operations team and support a top-of-class Risk Management program.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing or facilitating Risk Ops Analysts training and coaching;
• Monitoring product changes and updates constantly, reflecting them in the internal Risk knowledge bases accordingly;
• Proactively maintaining and constantly improving the internal Risk knowledge bases;
• Proactively analyzing trends, included but not limited to, quality and quantity results, the internal and external knowledge bases’ usage and Risk team traffic to determine the need of process improvements;
• Taking full ownership and accountability for processes building and chases, liaising across the board with all the Stakeholders upon the recognition of a need for process change or implementation affecting the work of the Risk department;
• Proactively and efficiently, using any and all of the available means, communicating ongoing projects, pending process/policies changes with the Risk department;
• Working closely with all the divisions of the Risk and Operation Support Teams in determining needs for improvement, proactively suggesting such to the Risk Management Team;
• Driving continuous capability improvement within the team by:
• Identification of root cause of cases and complaints;
• Resolution of root causes (related to Product, Tech, Processes, etc.);
• Preparing recommendations based on reports;
• Working with Risk Management to develop effective processes and increase efficiency and productivity.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of fintech Risk management;
• Basic knowledge of the applicable legislation in the field of fintech business – payment instruments and e-money issuers, etc. would be considered an advantage;
• Impeccable attention to detail;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to be a self-starter, work under minimal supervision, and meet all goals within SLA;
• A multitasker, not afraid of highly dynamic environment and constant change;
• Fast learner with an eye to synthesize details and connect the dots between complex data relationships;
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
