About the Team:
Product Marketing tells our product’s story to the market. We have a small, mighty team that we are looking to grow. We work closely with product and marketing to turn value propositions into compelling messages for customers and prospects
About the Opportunity:
The successful candidate will be critical to the successful development, launch, and maintenance of products and capabilities. This candidate will also play a crucial role in designing and managing scalable internal processes to support our rapid growth and expansion of market offerings. Project Managers will work closely with our Product Marketing, Content, Design, Social/Comms, PR, Product, and Growth teams to support the planning and rollout of our projects within a fast-moving, rapidly growing technology organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop detailed project plans to manage team tasks, track progress for individual initiatives
- Create and maintain comprehensive project and processes documentation
- Manage co-marketing contracts, reward distribution, potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
- Establish project scope and goals
- Measure project performance and run post-mortems to identify areas for improvement
- Lead regular reporting to key stakeholders on project status, risks, final decisions, goals, and business impact
- Kick-off customer-facing content
What We Look For In You:
- 4 years+ of project management and related experience
- Hyper-organized who knows how to get things done quickly without compromising attention to detail
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Nice to Haves:
- You either are already or are eager to become an expert in the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape and will understand how speculators, traders, digital asset exchanges, blockchain money services businesses and financial institutions operate.
- Experience working in a disruptive technology, successfully launching products, ideally, within FinTech, eCommerce, SaaS, AdTech, or Digital Wallet business experience
- A history (and preference) of being both strategic, analytical and execution-oriented
- Familiarity with product management processes and tools
- MBA preferred, but not required
- Experience working with teams across offices and time zones.
