We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner who thrives on building scalable people strategies, partnering across the business, and growing the culture from the inside out as we scale.

What you will do:

    • Recruiting at scale as you own and drive end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to closing, ensuring a stellar candidate experience and hiring the best talent for our ambitious growth.
    • Partner across the business, advising managers and founders on performance, development, employee relations, and Org design.
    • Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance cycles, promotions, and offboarding.
    • Coach with empathy and clarity, guiding leaders through feedback, coaching, and conflict resolution.
    • Own scalable HR processes, building frameworks and tools that grow with us.

What you bring:

    • At least 1–3 years of HR experience in a generalist role, recruiting, or business partnering in fast-paced or scale-up environments.
    • Relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a heavy focus on tech hiring.
    • You know your way around developer hiring, GitHub sleuthing, and engineering lingo.
    • A bias toward action: Startup mentality, comfortable wearing multiple hats.
    • Organized and detail-obsessed (you love a good spreadsheet almost as much as a good hire).
    • You make decisions based on data - not vibes.
    • Fluency in English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
