You will help to shape and build the cutting-edge tools used for real-time programmatic trading including market making, risk management, and proprietary trading strategies.

The Technical Project Manager will join the Engineering Team to oversee the execution, delivery and success of large scale technical programs critical to the GSR’s product strategy, partnering with several stakeholders and together with the Engineering Leads.

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define overall objectives. Create thorough functional specs, documentation,  milestone mapping and roadmaps. Ensure delivery on time, with superb quality and fully aligned with business priorities. Produce material to increase visibility, communicating status and managing expectations. Be a thoughtful technical voice and provide support in making diligent architectural calls.

Your profile:

5+ years experience working as a Technical Project Manager or similar in Tech Engineering. Working knowledge of project and workstream management tools such as JIRA, Confluence. Background in FinTech is a plus, e-Trading / High Frequency Trading / Derivatives Trading.  Knowledgeable and passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain. Familiar with the internet, cloud based technologies and  modern programming languages. Superb organizational skills, with out of the box thinking and analytical view on productivity. Tenacious, self starter, able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. Ability to do long term thinking and short term planning in a high pressure dynamic industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
