Blockchain Development Internship

Are you passionate about cryptographic assets? Do you understand the technical details of emerging Web3 projects? Are you interested in new infrastructure innovations in the space?

We are looking for a blockchain development intern who will assist in designing, implementing, and supporting a variety of different projects

Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and test blockchain technologies
• Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they continually evolve
• Be involved in the global blockchain community—work on implementing and integrating the latest improvement proposals
• Document new solutions as well as maintaining that of existing ones

Requirements:

• Computer Science or Engineering Degree with a strong software development background
• Exposure to working with large codebases
• Experience working with open-source projects
• Strong knowledge of common algorithms and data structures
• Familiarity with basic cryptography
• Familiarity with P2P networks
• Knowledge of bitcoin-like blockchains
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code

Location:

The Candidate should be located in Switzerland or able and willing to move to Switzerland over time. Travelling is an important part of our company's culture and there will be many opportunities during the year for working remotely as well. We also have periodic company off-sites which employees are encouraged to join where we perform sprints on specific projects.
