Role Focus
At Aztec we’re building a next generation smart contract language called Noir that will enable developers to easily create a new class of private smart contracts. Ultimately this language will be used with our next generation Aztec3 architecture. We’re looking for compiler engineers to work on the frontend and middle-end of the compiler, tasks would include:
- Modifying the SSA pass to include new language features
- Modifying the frontend passes such as lexing, parsing and type-checking to allow for new features
Desired Skills
- Experience in a low level language, preferably Rust
- Demonstrable experience in building or contributing to a compiler
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
