Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for all retail and corporate users on the platform
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of work, information and documentation obtained within company systems of record Identify deficiencies and correct them
• Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily settlements in fiat and cryptocurrencies among various international counterparties
• Operate different kinds of crypto wallets and user interfaces
• Ensure proper liquidity management
• Handle transaction booking (Deposits without reference numbers which cannot be linked to the client)
• Reconcile cash flows, handling of trade settlements, approval of withdrawal requests, updating client trade limits
• Ensure financial operations are at current technical standards, and that tasks can be executed in an operator-friendly and efficient manner
• Suggest process enhancements and/ or research tools to increase efficiency and/ or accuracy
• Conduct ad hoc projects when required

Qualifications:

• Diploma holder or above with major in Banking and Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• Relevant qualification in CAMS, AAMLP Core Level will be an advantage
• Experience in CDD /AML /KYC is highly preferred
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken English
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to accept challenges
