Web3 Marketing Manager

21Shares is looking for aMarketing Manager with a proven track record of developing, planning, executing, and measuring the success of marketing plans in many markets.

The ideal candidate is a master of organization, can handle many projects at the same time, is a good negotiator and adept at building strategic relationships inside and outside the organization.

This person will work closely with the Head of Marketing to support all aspects of the marketing plan and ultimately drive the lead pipeline for the company.

The right candidate has strong communication skills, is multi marketing channel savvyand experienced in working with a great number of partners in various countries.

What You Will Do

• Responsible to orchestrate and run growth marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external experts
• Design and develop novel and innovative signature brand conferences, partner events and media roundtables base on a lean startup approach (build, test, learn)
• Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization, and acquisition growth
• Measuring, evaluating, and providing analyses on results of marketing campaigns
• Manage campaign budgets to ensure projects stay within outlined parameters
• Close collaboration with sales, marketing, designers, PR agencies and other partners
• Help shape the brand 21Sharesamong all our customer and stakeholders

About You

• 7+ years of working experience in an international marketing organization
• Degree/equivalent education in communication, or (digital) marketing
• In depth experience with x-marketing concepts and tactics
• A team player who is willing to go the extra mile for your colleagues
• Enjoys fast moving startup environments
• Familiarity or a strong desire to learn about crypto and ETPs
• Must-have German, English, Italian. Spanish and French are Plus
