Job Description:

As a Crypto Ads Manager at Quiver, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the face of our brand to the world. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of driving our advertising efforts, ensuring that they are optimized, effective, and aligned with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

Ads Optimization: Regularly review and optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI. Implement A/B testing strategies to determine the best performing ads.
Campaign Management: Take charge of starting new advertising campaigns from scratch, ensuring they align with Quiver's brand and objectives.
Landing Page Development: Collaborate with the design and development teams to create and optimize landing pages that convert and resonate with our target audience.
Data Analysis: In the initial stages, you will also be responsible for analyzing campaign data. Extract insights from this data to inform future campaigns and strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including content, design, and development, to ensure a cohesive advertising strategy.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in crypto advertising. Implement new strategies and tools as appropriate.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in advertising, preferably within the crypto or fintech industry, or better in the crypto derivatives field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
Proficient in various advertising platforms and tools.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in starting new campaigns. Experience in landing page design and optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
