About Zash Zash (zash.sh) is the read-middleware and indexing layer for NFTs. At Zash we believe NFTs are about to go mainstream and play a crucial role in capturing identity, experiences and expression within Web3. However indexing NFTs and public blockchains is a major pain, consuming hours of engineering time. Imagine Google’s data when it first started out… To solve this we have launched a multi-chain NFT data indexer which converts convoluted and raw NFT data into cleanly labelled and organised data. As social media is at the crux of NFTs, we go one step further to add metadata from Twitter and Discord (here are our API docs). We recently partnered with an industry giant, Binance to take this to the world! Zash, the enterprise grade NFT analytics platform announces partnership with Binance You will have the opportunity to be at the bleeding edge of web3 and at its intersection with AI to build the next unicorn in this space. Who we are We are a team of 6 passionate technologists, having launched a social network built on blockchain data in 2021. Coming from unicorn AI companies such as Tractable to tradfi such as Goldman Sachs, the team is building necessary infrastructure for data-driven product development on the blockchain, starting with taming the eye of the storm – NFTs. Zash is also venture backed by top investors in AI and Web 3 such as Entrepreneur First, Pareto Holdings, SGH Capital and Syndicate. Remote works for us, but we are looking for residence in either London, Ankara or Istanbul. Most of the team currently is in London and in Ankara. About the job As a data scientist, you will be a data evangelist to the cofounders of Zash where you will have the opportunity to leverage our rich data and our state-of-art blockchain indexing technology to build new data products which are used by leaders in the web3 world. You will utilise our dataset to build algos, conduct independent analysis to uncover new opportunities in NFTs. The role requires a rare combination of sophisticated analytical expertise; business acumen; strategic mindset; and a passion for generating business impact. What you will be doing • Design experiments and interpret results to draw detailed and impactful conclusions, work with the co-founders directly to test hypothesis and help with idea generation and refinement • Develop and standardise metrics and dashboards that would identify trends and generate hypotheses about the product through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business • Implement and deploy ML models to production. • Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to build and improve on the availability, integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data pipelines

What we are looking for • 2+ year experience developing machine learning models at scale from inception to business impact • Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and the mathematical underpinnings • Interest in NFTs (degens are most welcome) • Solid Python and programming skills • Excellent communication skills
