About the Team

Our API support team focuses on providing support and solving issues for our biggest, most sophisticated VIP clients. This team is highly visible across the organization, including senior leadership and is cross-functional.

It is a unique and critical position to learn the ins and outs of one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency trading platforms that handle large volumes of transactions 24x7

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as primary point of contact between OKX and our most valued VIP customers using our APIs
  • Facilitate the design, deployment, and management of API solutions
  • Engage in maintaining system stability and dedicated servicing of client inquiries and helping with client integrations
  • Participate in projects and roll out and support the integrity and stability of our trading platform including life cycle management and continuous improvement
  • Work with vendors, users, and partners to ensure the smooth transition of solutions into operations
  • Monitor integration timelines and be responsible for the documentation
  • Work with clients to help troubleshoot and resolve issues and questions as part of a global team that provides 24 / 7 support
  • Propose solutions to common customer pain points and proactively solve future problems before they happen

What We Look For In You:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing support / engineering role
  • Engineering degree or quantitative equivalent or similar experience
  • Experience with trading systems in either capital markets or digital assets strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting REST APIs, third-party software integrations, and networking (TCP/IP) issues is preferred
  • Demonstrate ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with teams across offices and time zones
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
