Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Current University students and recent Graduates who can commit at least 6 months tenure.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of product design, including interface design, user experience design and interaction design
• Own end-to-end design projects, participate in weekly design critiques, and work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality implementation
• Pay attention to the current status of the product experience, actively discover experience problems, and continuously improve the experience through research

Requirements:

• Have strong passion for user experience design, be innovative, self-motivated, good at solving problems and willing to accept challenges
• Currently studying or have completed design-related professional studies
• Have a certain foundation in visual design and master design software such as Figma
• Strong interest in the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry
• Have good communication and collaboration skills and can work across teams
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
