Blockchain Solutions Architect

Swiss Nexus is recruiting on behalf of a leading global blockchain infrastructure company looking to hire a Solutions Architect in the US.

Our client is expanding its work with enterprise and institutional customers and is looking for a highly technical, customer-facing professional to help organizations evaluate, integrate and deploy blockchain infrastructure.

As a Solutions Architect, you will act as the primary technical counterpart for enterprise and institutional partners throughout evaluations, pilots and integrations.

You will lead technical discovery, design test environments and help customers navigate complex infrastructure decisions, while translating their requirements into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary technical counterpart for enterprise and institutional partners during evaluations, pilots and integrations.
• Lead technical discovery across architecture, performance, security, compliance and operational requirements.
• Design and support test environments, including devnets, performance benchmarks and cloud deployments.
• Validate throughput, latency, scalability and cost assumptions.
• Respond to technical diligence from banks, asset managers, system integrators and other institutional stakeholders.
• Translate enterprise requirements into technical feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Support integrations with wallets, custody providers, cloud infrastructure and system integrators.
• Guide partners through blockchain architecture, deployment models, upgrades and operational best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales.
• Background in blockchain infrastructure, cloud platforms, distributed systems or financial infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum or EVM-based systems, ideally across Layer 1 or Layer 2 infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, including sequencing, finality, rollups, smart contracts and network operations.
• Experience designing or running technical environments such as devnets, cloud deployments or performance benchmarks.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise and institutional customers.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with banks, asset managers, custody providers or other regulated financial institutions.
• Experience integrating wallet, custody or cloud infrastructure.
• Previous experience working with enterprise blockchain adoption.
