About the Role

As our Passport Operations Analyst, you’ll provide exceptional support to new and existing customers of our Figure Marketplace offerings. Support will include onboarding individual and institutional clients to our proprietary, blockchain-enabled BSA/KYC/AML & Accreditation platform, reviewing & approving applications, and troubleshooting customer and technical issues. A driven, self-starter who is confident in taking responsibility and taking projects to completion with minimal guidance will be a success in this role. This role will engage, develop, and maintain positive interactions with the individual and institutional clients on behalf of Figure.

Be the primary point of contact and advocate for onboarding new customers to Figure Marketplace via our Figure Investor Passport system.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Director of Operations for Figure Marketplace with day-to-day operations.
• Manage all new Figure Investor Passport applications and conduct BSA/KYC/AML and verification of accreditation for our individual & institutional investors.
• Provide 5-star, responsive technical and general support for all customer issues for Figure Investor Passport and Figure Wallet applications.
• Triage and manage support requests, feature requests, and technical bugs through appropriate ticketing process with the product and engineering teams. Handle these customer inquiries or issues via omni-channel communication.
• Promote brand recognition and loyalty by ensuring unrivaled support to our customers via phone, chat interactions and email.
• Gather key insights and assist in process improvement for Figure’s products and services and the impact to our customer experience.
• Capture website, product and user experience enhancements in our consolidated enhancements tracker.
• Recommend modifications and additions to the Team's guiding documents including certain policies & procedures.
• Participate in new training and licensing programs to expand the team’s capabilities as required
• Contribute to an exciting and vibrant office environment and team dynamic.

What We Look For

• BA/BS with 2+ years of relevant experience in compliance, customer service, or customer onboarding.
• Familiarity with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and underlying regulations, specifically around Customer Information Programs (CIP).
• Familiarity with Office of Foreign Assets (OFAC) controls and sanction screening.
• Data focused individual who is confident and comfortable advising senior management on best business practices. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and practice independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, creative problem solving and keen judgment
• Highly organized with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a variety of personality types via email and phone
• Some understanding of fintech space and/or the ability to quickly learn both product flow and relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
