Web3 Chief Technology Officer - Metaverse

MQDC Metaverse is a newly established subsidiary under Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), focusing on innovating metaverse experiences with the unique value propositions.

MQDC Metaverse will be connected and operated as a part of ‘Translucia Metaverse’, a Mega Metaverse created by T&B Media Global (Thailand) Co., the leading entertainment content and animation series creator.

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in our team, you will lead the adoption of emerging technologies and manage product-to-market pipelines. You are responsible for building the technology team and ecosystem partners to make MQDC Metaverse ahead of the curve.

What you will do every day (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Lead the team in managing product and technology roadmaps.
• Partner with CEO and leadership team to develop and execute product-to-market pipelines with the customer-centric approach and constant Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
• Partner with CEO and leadership team to assess and manage technical feasibility of MQDC Metaverse development.
• Build a strong technical team and ecosystem partners to constantly leverage technical product development capability.

• Technical leadership skills with a user-centric mindset.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a coding/programing team.
• Deep understanding of all the technical aspects with regard to metaverse development.
• Very keen to deploy tech and gamification for magnificent user experience.
