About You: Preferably 3+ years experience in a similar field (community engagement, brand awareness/exposure, securing collaborators) Expertise in managing social media and other community engagement channels Crypto/blockchain experience is necessary Excellent communication skills, primarily in English Independent and able to proactively manage responsibilities Ability to work with others effectively to come up with and implement solutions to problems Ability to handle work-related challenges in a professional manner About the Role: Identify and create community engagement opportunities for Analog, handling them in the most efficient way possible Generate high-quality ideas, campaigns and proposals to continually maintain a high level of community engagement Maximize the returns of community engagement campaigns by making adjustments and improvements when and where needed based on their performance and ROI Leverage trending news and happenings in the crypto/blockchain industry to promote and highlight Analog Actively maintain and update social media and other engagement channels to promote and highlight Analog, using necessary engagement tools Identify and implement effective methods to draw attention to the project and increase Analog’s overall community size Build and maintain relationships with key individuals, companies and other entities for the benefit of Analog (including but not limited to key industry players, influencers, potential business partners and relevant government agencies)
