Figure Markets is creating a marketplace for digital and traditional assets that leverages the best of traditional and decentralized finance. From a single platform, investors will be able to trade a variety of assets, including crypto, stocks, and alternative investments, without the traditional myriad of intermediaries, delays, or unnecessary costs. Additionally, Figure Markets offers other crypto products such as crypto-backed loans and crypto investments.

About the Role

This is a position within the Figure Markets Marketing team with a focus on community and organic growth. As an “everything marketplace” that offers decentralized custody we must build our community. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of content that educates, engages, and inspires the community to join the Figure Markets exchange and utilize our crypto products.

What you’ll do

• Create daily content to increase brand awareness and community growth across multiple social channels including but not limited to X, Linkedin, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and Telegram.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media platforms and adapt the content strategy to take advantage of new opportunities
• Monitor and manage social media comments, messages, and feedback and share insights
• Proactively cultivate and nurture a vibrant community by initiating and leading engaging discussions, events, and initiatives aimed at fostering meaningful connections and relationships among members.
• Use internal and external social analytics and other internal data to iterate creatively and constantly learn to improve future campaigns.
• Write and edit a variety of content targeting various audiences, from blog posts to FAQs, product guides, and more.

What we look for

• 2+ years of experience in the crypto industry
• 2+ years of social media management with a track record of success, including strategic content planning, audience engagement, and leveraging various platforms to effectively amplify community-building efforts
• Strong English copywriting skills and ability to create engaging content
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences through effective communication
• “0-1” builder. You can build things from scratch, know how to iterate quickly, and can pivot on the fly
• Ability to communicate directly. You’re both a clear communicator and an active listener.
• Ability to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build strong relationships and work across many internal cross-functional teams

For CO, NY, CA and WA residents, the salary range for this position is $88,000-$178,200year with a 25% Bonus and Equity. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
