Web3 Compliance Counsel

What you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and administering the compliance program for the firm's RIA, including implementing and enforcing the Code of Ethics and monitoring day-to-day operations
• Acting as regulatory counsel for the RIA by developing and managing a comprehensive compliance program
• Reviewing, maintaining, and updating the RIA’s regulatory filings
• Conducting the SEC-required annual review of the RIA’s policies and procedures
• Monitoring applicable legal and regulatory developments and updating policies and procedures accordingly
• Working independently with outside counsel and compliance consultants as needed

What we expect:

Expertise in RIA compliance

• 3+ years of experience working in compliance for an SEC-registered investment adviser
• Strong knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and familiarity with compliance issues related to private funds, securities/cryptocurrency products and advisory services and programs
• Experience in identification, assessment, and communication of compliance risks within a complex and dynamic environment
• A JD and active bar membership in good standing is required
