Web3 Creative Designer / Visual Designer

Birthday Research (BDR) is the Blockchain Research and Development wing of Cake DeFi, a Singapore-based blockchain, and fintech company. We are now looking for a Designer with the passion and skills to complement our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, an eye for details and believe that all of our products should be beautiful and accessible. Interest for motion graphics and crafting 3D assets are a big plus.

• Able to distil complex concepts/content into understandable design solutions,
• Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations
• Meaningfully contribute to the ideation and conceptualisation of marketing, content and concepts, often in partnership with the stakeholders. What you’ll need:
• 4+ Years of Professional Experience in a technology-focused startup, creative agency or freelance capacity.

• Experience in designing visually rich and immersive web experiences for brands
• An excellent online portfolio showcasing solutions across multiple design challenges.
• Master at Adobe Creative Suite & other leading design tools.
• Able to function independently and in a team environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
• Ability and experience with After Effects and 3D design tools are a plus.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital technologies are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
