The Job
We’re looking for someone with experience in building communities to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications, including Discord, Telegram and other social media channels like Twitter/ Reddit.

The scope of work includes:

• Develop & publish content on Twitter and Telegram/Discord community, including writing updates, blog announcements, tutorials, engagement content to drive social and community participation and inquiry about the project.
• Develop engagement strategies in alignment with marketing goals of driving Discord members and active users on our platform.
• Participate in other relevant communities and events to boost our brand awareness, build relationships with other communities, crypto advocates and influencers to promote our project.
• Organize online events such as community updates, AMAs with our community members, including both written and verbal (audio or streaming) forms.
• Coordinate with our marketing and product teams and keep our community updated on our latest services, features, promotions, and events
• Manage our Telegram/ Discord community chat with the support of community moderators – personal engagement is required.
• Continuously improve and evolve community-building methods

The ideal candidate would have these experiences and skills:

• A community builder at heart with experience in building and engaging communities
• Have a track record in crypto community management, scaling community Discord/ Telegram and social media channels like Twitter/ Reddit.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, Web3 and various crypto exchanges – you are up to date with current events
• Ability to create engaging content and game mechanics to drive community growth and engagement.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively communicate with different personas across various channels and cultures.
• Sufficient English skills in writing and speaking (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
• A fast learner with a growth mindset
