CTO, Web3 UN NGO - Digital Harmony Forum

Digital Harmony Forum are a non-profit organization working towards building a decentralized version of the United Nations using Web3 technology. Our goal is to create a more democratic, transparent, and inclusive platform for global governance.

The CTO will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction and execution of the organization's vision. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Web3 technology and its potential to drive positive change in the world.

Tasks

• Develop and implement a technology roadmap for the organization that aligns with its mission and vision
• Lead the development of Web3-based solutions for global governance, including decentralized applications and protocols
• Work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives
• Manage a team of developers and technical professionals, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the Web3 space, and incorporate these into the organization's technology strategy
• Ensure the security and scalability of the organization's technology infrastructure and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in technical leadership, with a focus on Web3 and decentralized technologies
• Strong programming skills, with experience developing Web3 applications and protocols
• Experience leading and managing a team of technical professionals
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into language that non-technical stakeholders can understand
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Passion for using technology for social impact and a commitment to the mission of the organization.
