Web3 Customer Support Lead -- EU

Compensation: $32k - $75k estimated

Location: Remote

Triton One is an international, fully remote company specializing in high-end infrastructure services for blockchain and other ecosystems, including Solana, PythNet, Wormhole, Sui, and Aptos. We collaborate closely with key developer teams across these platforms, leveraging our globally distributed RPC and validator deployments.

To bolster our customer support experience for our customers and team, we're looking for an experienced customer support lead with an affinity for blockchain technology who can help our team resolve our customers' questions and difficulties methodically and swiftly.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to our customers' questions on communication channels such as Telegram, Discord, Slack, and other portals.
  • Resolving basic questions and issues or forwarding customers to already available information sources.
  • Create, organize, and track technical support tickets. Activate our technical support team members as needed.
  • Updating customers regularly for longer outstanding tickets.

Requirements

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and diligently, see where to contribute, and work independently.
  • Willing to work European hours 5 days per week.
  • At least 2 years experience in customer-facing roles.
  • More than basic knowledge of blockchain technology, namely on the read/write layer (RPC nodes) and being able to read transactions on blockchain explorers. Interpret visual graphs—excellent technical deduction skills.
