Web3 Data Analyst - Futures Product

Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, and present findings as visualizations and reports.
• Work closely with Product Managers to analyze user data and proactively provide actionable data insights to drive improvements.
• Provide standardized data reports, automated dashboards, and self-service reporting tools to empower Product Managers to conduct self-service data analysis.
• Support Product Managers to build knowledge base and conduct performance tracking of new features.
• Monitor KPI and competitor movements to inform overall product strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven success in an analyst function (data analytics, product analytics, marketing analysis, etc.).
• Experience with implementing event tracking and running A/B testing on mobile and web platforms.
• Proficient in SQL and related databasesFamiliar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, and data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics.
• Ability to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions and predictive insights.
• Strong communication/presentation skills.
• Champion data-driven decision-making in your team.
• User-focused and product-driven mindset.
• Familiar with Blockchain technology or fin-tech sector is a plus.
