Web3 FP&A Analyst

Your Impact

• Deliver consistent, timely, accurate, high-quality, and insightful financial data for department leads and c-suite
• Prepare current and forecasted cost projections for each area of the business
• Communicate effectively with the accounting team to ensure accurate alignment of financial data
• Develop and stress test models for new products, assisting the business with key decisions
• Assist with the strategic growth of the FP&A function with a focus on scalability and process automation
• Handle Ad-hoc modeling requests from the wider business

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or related field (e.g., investment banking, management consulting)
• Advanced Excel skills and willingness to learn additional financial tools
• Strong communication skills including experience managing Director or equivalent stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in the blockchain industry and strong interest to learn and develop knowledge surrounding cryptocurrency data and analytics
• Hold a flexible approach to working in a startup environment
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Preference for knowledge of business intelligence (BI) tools and experience with financial modeling tools
• Preference for CFA and/or CPA

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
