Web3 Global Operations Analyst, APAC

BlockFi is looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team!

About Your Team

As an Operations Analyst, you will be a part of the execution team, tasked with ensuring the day-to-day operational activities are completed timely and accurately.

Your Mission

• Assisting with review, tracking and management of multi-million dollar crypto asset portfolio and platform
• Review suspicious transactions
• Assisting with asset liquidity to support day-to-day business operations
• Validating & fulfilling client-facing transactions
• Detailed data management
• Working closely with multiple teams on growing business revenue including Finance, Compliance, Client Service and Product
• Provide cross-functional support to enable effective communication and collaboration in operational aspects of the business
• Contract and file management
• Support the implementation of new processes for operational excellence as our platform grows
• Other responsibilities as needed

Your Expertise

• 0-2 years of relevant work or internship experience
• University degree in Banking/Finance/Accounting or related discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, proactive, ability to multitask
• Good team player who can also manage their work independently
• Strong analytical skills and adaptability to a continuously evolving environment
• Accountable and extremely organized
• Very high attention to detail
• Ability to support variable working hours (flexibility preferred)
• Strong Excel and Google Suite skills
• Experience with finance or client service background a plus
