What we look for:

• A well-rounded Talent Acquisition Business Partner with strong direct sourcing and headhunting ability; demonstrates a sense of ownership of a requisition from start to finish
• A SME for the global talent market with hands on experience recruiting across EMEA
• Proven track record recruiting mid to senior talents in the Sales & Marketing sector; solid candidate network in Growth, Branding, Social Media, Paid Acquisition, Product Marketing
• Innovate strategies for attracting top talent and pipeline development
• Strong ability to enhance the overall candidate experience and make it a core element of the recruitment process; champion Employer Brand internally and externally
• Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix, decentralised, evolving organizations
• Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, able to thrive in a multicultural workplace
• Maturity, agility, open-mindedness and enthusiasm

What you possess:

• A Bachelor degree from an elite university
• Tremendous talent mapping, searching and recruiting experience from a mixed background in both Headhunting & in-house
• Native English and Mandarin speaker
• Knowledge and strong passion in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
