Web3 Growth and Operations Analyst (P2P)

Responsibilities:

•  Conduct data-driven analysis of platform performance, user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify patterns, insights, and growth opportunities for our P2P trading platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer support) to support data-driven decision-making and develop targeted growth strategies and campaigns
• Assist in the implementation of growth initiatives, including marketing campaigns, partnership activities, community engagement, and operational improvements such as merchant management
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to track, measure, and report on the impact and effectiveness of growth initiatives and campaigns
• Support the optimization of P2P platform operations, working closely with customer support and KYC/AML teams to ensure efficient risk management, compliance, and user satisfaction
• Stay abreast of best practices, industry trends, and competitor activities within the P2P and cryptocurrency markets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, data analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within P2P platforms, cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, or related industries
• Strong understanding of P2P trading, cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology and Indian payment methods
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in data visualization, analytics tools, and platforms like Excel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in other languages considered a plus
