Web3 Head of Product Management

Built and launched a public blockchain ecosystem centered around speed and user data protection - they are looking for an passionate and ambitious Product Leader to drive growth and adoption of their blockchain technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and scale the company’s product operations and product management organization.
• Work with product managers to develop the roadmap of features, adaptively planning forward and managing the implementation with engineering, design, and growth.
• Develop a comprehensive product strategy for new features and offerings based on a deep understanding of the trading industry, client demand, internal and external data, and thought leadership.
• Make cross-functional, strategic trade-offs that prioritize the most pressing needs of the business.
• Create product experiences that drive revenue, customer engagement, and connection with users.
• Build, recruit, and train a world-class product team.
• Collaborate to tailor messaging, packaging, and delivery of the solutions to market.
• Implement proper mentoring and training to support new and existing PMs as they bring on new hires and internal conversions.

Experience:

· 6-8+ years’ experience in consumer or B2B tech in a Fintech/Blockchain product leadership role

· Developer tooling experience

· Led world class product/engineering teams

· Technical understanding of blockchain technology and DeFi/Web3.0 products (Knows L1/L2 crypto ecosystem)

· Have been a Director of Product, Head of Product, or VP of Product previously.

· Previous experience with managing, recruiting, and scaling teams.

· Demonstrate excellent communication skills during customer conversations and with our internal teams.

· Demonstrable record of defining and executing business goals through product development and delivery.
