Web3 Head of Product

Myria is an Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution, built to bring digital assets, NFTs and blockchain gaming to life. Our mission is to empower digital asset ownership for people and businesses. We are looking for a Head of Product to lead and build our high-performing product teams. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for the strategy and roadmap for the entire Blockchain product suite, and be ultimately accountable for its success. You should have a successful track record of leading and developing a product function of over 20 people across multiple layers using best practices in product management. Responsibilities

• Develop, own and evangelize a world-class product vision and roadmap for a key suite of Myria products

• Identify and craft product strategy for new opportunities as they arise in the market

• Be a thought leader in the business – provide clarity, prioritisation and leadership through ambiguity and bottlenecks

• Hire and develop a high-performing and caring product team and unleash their potential

• Define and embed product principles and best practices into the product team

• Be the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs and observing patterns across their feedback and the market

• Act as a central conductor – work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing and the business to deliver mission-critical products and services for customers
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience

• Experience building a shared vision, empowering your teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes

• You are passionate about web3.0/blockchain/NFT gaming space, and intrinsically motivated to stay on the bleeding edge of best practices and trends

• A love for hard problems

• Experience leading teams of product managers including senior team members to achieve their best

• Proven success at hiring, managing, and growing a globally distributed team remotely

• Significant experience defining the product vision, strategy, and delivering value that solves problems for enterprise customers

• Strong in prioritising among opportunities, balancing the needs of our customers with those of our business, and clearly communicating the rationale behind your decisions

• Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking. Comfortable defining and tracking key business and success metrics
