SO YOU WANT TO JOIN CANDY?

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (Learning and Development) to join our HR team. You will add to the business by tending to individuals, culture, execution, and hierarchical requirements across Candy. You will play a key role in the areas of employee retention, employee culture, and advancing our employee's career trajectories. Above all, you will be accountable for the future direction of Candy from an internal development perspective.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8 years of demonstrated experience in an HR equivalent setting.
  • A background in HR program/company development.
  • Start-up experience preferred.

Total Compensation Range (Base + Equity): 100k-150k per year

Our compensation package currently breaks down into a base salary and an equity component for all employees. The candidate’s seniority and the evaluations made of that candidate during the interview process determine compensation.
