Arbitrum Foundation is hiring a

Web3 HR Lead

What you'll do:

• Supporting Recruitment team to generate employment paperwork and confidentiality agreements for confirmed new hires for signing
• Support Onboarding and offboarding of new team members
• Managing exits and offboarding from tools and HRIS/PEO platforms
• Manage HRIS and PEO information to ensure accuracy
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations across global regions

Who you are:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist/Lead
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of G-Suite; HRIS systems (e.g. BambooHR, Papaya, Deel) will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
• Additional HR training will be a plus
